Meet Marisa McClellan, a food writer, canning teacher, and dedicated farmers' market shopper who lives in Center City Philadelphia. The 33-year old has discovered a passion for canning, and her blog, Food in Jars, is becoming a popular online favorite among newbie and veteran canners alike.
Marisa’s passion for canning is contagious. She’s been featured in national publications such as the Washington Post. Marisa says her goal is to get people canning, preserving and generally learning how to preserve the abundance of the seasons.
