Nostalgia Farms Pizza Dough

4 cups all purpose flour
1 tablespoon salt
1 ¾ cups warm water
1 package yeast
1 tablespoon olive oil

Put flour and salt in food processor. Add warm water and yeast in a measuring cup and let bloom. Add olive oil. Turn processor on and pour in water, yeast and oil mixture, and process for around 20 seconds. The dough will be a little on the sticky side. Turn into a greased bowl and allow to rise. This can be made in the morning and simply put in the fridge until you are ready for dinner, just bring out and allow to come to room temperature. Simply roll out to desired thickness, place on cookie sheet coated with cornmeal, add Mrs. Wages pizza sauce, your favorite toppings, cheese and bake in a 450 oven until brown on top. We usually make small pizzas for the kids and allow them to add whatever they want.
