Roasted Garlic Raspberry Sauce

Ingredients
3 garlic cloves, peeled
1/4 tsp olive oil
1 cup raspberry jam
2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/8 tsp salt
1/8-1/4 tsp chili powder
1/8 tsp pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Place garlic on heavy-duty foil; drizzle with oil. Fold foil around garlic. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Set aside to cool.
- In a small saucepan, combine the remaining ingredients. Cut ends from garlic; mash with a fork. Add to pan.
- Bring raspberry mixture to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered for 15-20 minutes or until slightly thickened. Serve with your choice of meat.
