MRS WAGES Fresh Style Dill Pickles
16 lbs. 3-4 inch pickling cucumbers
5 cups distilled white vinegar
11 cups water
1 (9.75 oz.) pouch MRS. WAGES Quick
Process Dill Pickle Mix
Wash and drain pickling cucumbers. Pack them into 12 clean hot quart jars. Mix vinegar, water and pouch of MRS. WAGES Quick Process Dill Pickle Mix. Mix thoroughly until the pickle mix is dissolved in solution. Add the solution to the 12 quart jars, equally distributing pickle mix among the jars.
If necessary, fill the jars with hot water, leaving 1/2 inch head space.
Remove air bubbles. Adjust lids. Process immediately for 5 minutes,
using boiling water bath method with the water level 3-4 inches above
top of jars. Yield: 12 quarts.
