1 Step Kimchi® Mix

What Is Kimchi?

Kimchi has been a Korean household staple for generations.  With its complex flavors, this cuisine classic lends itself to various uses and has an appeal that is both broad and deep.  Kimchi hits on a wide variety of flavors, including spicy, sweet, and sour.  It can also work double duty as a dip, a condiment, or even as the option of a stand-alone side dish.  The ingredients of Kimchi can include such vegetables as carrots, radishes, cucumbers, or scallions. However, the primary ingredient is always cabbage—generally the napa variety.

Mrs. Wages® Simple, 1-Step Mix

Never has it been so quick and convenient to incorporate the cultural side dish of Kimchi into your family’s dinner with our easy to use 1-Step Kimchi® Mix.  Once you have decided on either napa cabbage, you will need to prepare the Kimchi Mix as instructed on the back of the bag, and then pour it over your cabbage or vegetable of choice.  You must make sure to cover the cabbage in the mix thoroughly, and then you will place it in the refrigerator.  Leave the mixture to set, undisturbed, in the fridge for at least 24 hours for the best results.  Then enjoy this flavorful, spicy dish with your breakfast, lunch, dinner, or when you need a snack.
