Apricot Glazed Turkey Tenderloin
- Yields: 4 Servings
1Rub both sides of tenderloin with olive oil; sprinkle with seasoning. Place on oiled grid over medium heat; cover and grill for 10 minutes. Turn tenderloins and grill basting frequently with apricot preserves, until internal temperature is 165°F; about 10 minutes. Remove from grill; let stand for 5 minutes before slicing.
