Baked Cubed Butternut Squash
1Peel, cut and deseed the butternut squash into even sized 3/4 inch cubes.
2On medium heat melt the butter completely, add the Mrs. Wages Pumpkin Pie Filling and whisk together until evenly blended and dissolved.
3In a large bowl place the cubed Butternut squash and coat with the spiced butter mixture, toss until evenly coated.
4On a lined sheet tray pour the coated squash onto the tray and spread for even cooking.
5Place into a preheated 350° oven for 20 minutes or until the squash starts to brown and is tender to the touch.
6Pour into a serving dish and coat with remaining sauce from the tray.
7Ready to serve.
