Berry Fruit Salad with Vinaigrette Dressing

- Yields: 10 – 3/4 cup servings
1In a large serving bowl, combine the strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and blackberries; set aside.
2Place thawed unsweetened raspberries in a blender. Cover and blend on high for 30 seconds or until completely pureed. Strain puree to remove seeds and return to blender. Add the prepared Mrs. Wages® Strawberry Jam, oil, vinegar, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Cover and process until smooth.
3Pour berry vinaigrette over fruit; gently toss to coat. Cover and chill until serving. Serve with whipped topping if desired.
Cook’s Note: Make the strawberry jam from fresh strawberries and Mrs. Wages® Fruit Pectin Home Jell® or buy prepared strawberry jam at the store to save time.
