Berry Fruit Salad with Vinaigrette Dressing | Mrs. Wages

2 lbs fresh strawberries, quartered

2 cups fresh raspberries

2 cups fresh blueberries

2 cups fresh blackberries

1 package (10 oz) frozen unsweetened raspberries, thawed and drained

3/4 cup prepared Mrs. Wages® Strawberry Jam

1/3 cup olive oil

3 Tbsp pomegranate infused red wine vinegar or red wine vinegar

2 Tbsp lemon juice

1/8 tsp salt

1/8 tsp pepper

Whipped topping, optional

1In a large serving bowl, combine the strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and blackberries; set aside.

2Place thawed unsweetened raspberries in a blender. Cover and blend on high for 30 seconds or until completely pureed. Strain puree to remove seeds and return to blender. Add the prepared Mrs. Wages® Strawberry Jam, oil, vinegar, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Cover and process until smooth.

3Pour berry vinaigrette over fruit; gently toss to coat. Cover and chill until serving. Serve with whipped topping if desired.

Cook’s Note: Make the strawberry jam from fresh strawberries and Mrs. Wages® Fruit Pectin Home Jell® or buy prepared strawberry jam at the store to save time.
