Breakfast Burrito | Mrs. Wages


8 8" Tortilla shells

8 Large eggs

1 cup Milk

2 tsp Mrs. Dash Southwest Chipotle seasoning.


4 oz Chorizo sausage

4 oz Tri colored diced peppers

1 lb Cooked rice

1 pack Mrs. Wages Salsa Con Queso

1 cups Milk


1Combine Mrs. Wages Salsa Con Queso Cheese dip mix and 1 cup milk in a small saucepan. Bring to a low boil whilst stirring. Once thicken, remove from the heat and let stand for two minutes,

2Beat eggs and one cup of milk together in a bowl.

3In a large skillet heat a small amount of oil, and bring to a medium heat. Add peppers and chorizo, and cook until the peppers are al dente.

4Add the egg mixture, and Mrs. Dash to the skillet and cook until the eggs are firm, do not overcook.

5Place floured tortilla on a work surface. Scoop 2oz. portion of cooked rice in the center of the tortilla. Divide egg mixture equally and add place on top of the rice.

6Roll into a burrito.

7Drizzle with Salsa Con Queso, and serve.
