Broiled Pork Loin with Pineapple Salsa | Mrs. Wages

Ingredients

1 can (20.0 oz) crushed pineapple, drained

1 pouch (0.8 oz) Mrs. Wages® Fruit and Cilantro Salsa Seasoning Mix

1/4 packed cup brown sugar

1/4 cup orange juice concentrate, thawed

2 Tbsp lime juice

1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp cumin

1 tsp Mrs. Dash® Table Blend Seasoning Blend

1/4 tsp black pepper

1/8 tsp red pepper

2 pork tenderloins, 1 lb each

1 package (10.0 oz) baguette crisps

Directions

1Preheat broiler to high.

2Combine pineapple and Mrs. Wages® Fruit and Cilantro Salsa Seasoning Mix in a medium saucepan.  Stir in the brown sugar, orange juice concentrate, lime juice, Worcestershire sauce and garlic powder.  Bring to boil; reduce heat and simmer for 10-12 minutes or until most of the liquid is evaporated.

3In a small bowl, combine the cumin, Mrs. Dash® Table Blend Seasoning Blend and peppers; rub mixture onto the pork. Broil tenderloins, 4-in. from the heat, for 10-12 minutes on each side, or until a meat thermometer reads 145ᵒF.

4Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.  Cut each tenderloin into 2 pieces vertically.  Then slice each section into ½-in. thick slices.

5Serve warm with salsa and baguette crisps.
