Bulgogi Kimchi Sliders
A spicy Asian inspired twist on a classic slider great for sharing at tailgates, cookouts and potlucks. Flavor is savory and salty with a sweet kick that satisfies multiple sensations in every bite.

1In a small bowl, mix sauce ingredients together and stir well. Cover and store in refrigerator until ready to use.
2In a medium bowl, mix together brown sugar, soy sauce and sesame oil. Add pork and mushrooms. Gently mix together. If making ahead, cover and store in refrigerator until ready to use.
3When ready to cook, make 12 evenly sized slider patties with the meat mixture. Grill or cook 5-6 minutes per side over medium-low heat, or until internal temperature of 160°F is reached. Cook in batches if necessary.
4While patties are cooking, smear prepared sauce on bottom half of the buns, then add fried onions. Top the onions with a cooked slider patty, then add kimchi, and finally the toasted bun top. Enjoy!
Tips & Tricks
• It may be difficult to tell if patties are cooked visually due to soy sauce in marinade. Patties will have accelerated browning due to sugar content in marinade, so watch carefully.
• It may be helpful to skewer each slider with a fancy toothpick to help make eating easier.
• These can easily be served as lettuce wraps, if desired. Just replace the buns with large leaf lettuce.
