Christmas Morning Monkey Bread | Mrs. Wages


1 cup granulated sugar

2 tsp ground cinnamon

4 cans (7.5 oz each) refrigerated biscuits

1 cup butter or margarine, melted

1 cup packed brown sugar


1Grease or spray 12-cup fluted tube cake pan (Bundt® pan).

2Mix granulated sugar and cinnamon in 1-gallon bag. Separate dough into individual biscuits; cut each in quarters. Shake quarters in bag to coat; place in pan. Mix butter and brown sugar; pour over biscuit pieces.

3Bake at 350°F for 40 to 45 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 5 minutes. Turn upside down; pull apart to serve. Serve warm.

1. Layer in chopped walnuts, raisins, dried cranberries, or dried cherries.
2. Add 1 cup of apple butter to the butter/margarine and brown sugar mixture, reducing brown sugar to 1/2 cup.
3. Use cinnamon rolls instead of biscuits.
