Cranberry Date Chutney

1Cut dates in half; remove and discard pits. Place dates and cranberries in a food processor. Cover and process for 10 seconds or until mixture is coarsely chopped. Transfer to a large bowl and set aside.
2In a large bowl, combine the preserves, vinegar and Mrs. Wages® Apple Spice Mix. Add to cranberry mixture. Stir to combine. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours.
3Stir in mint just before serving, if desired. Serve cold or at room temperature on roasted turkey or pork roast.
