Mexican Lasagna

Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°F.

2Place milk and Mrs. Wages® Salsa Con Queso Cheese Dip Mix in a small sauce pan. Bring to a low boil, mixing continually until thickened. Allow to stand for two minutes.

3Spray the base of an 8-in. x 8-in. x 2-in. baking pan, and spread 1/4 cup of the Mrs. Wages® Salsa Con Queso Cheese Dip Mix in the bottom of the dish.

4Place two lasagna sheets on top. Place 1/2 cup of Mrs. Wages® Salsa Con Queso Cheese Dip Mix, 1½ oz cooked ground beef, and 1½ oz of the tomato mix into the ovenproof dish.

5Repeat two more times to give three layers.

6Top with 2 lasagna sheets, 1/4 cup of Mrs. Wages® Salsa Con Queso Cheese Dip Mix, and 2.5 oz. of shredded cheese.

7Bake in a oven for 35 - 40 minutes. Allow to stand for 5 minutes before serving.

2 cups milk

Pan spray

8 sheets oven ready lasagna noodles

6 oz tomato trinity (diced onions, peppers, and tomatoes)

4.5 oz cooked ground beef

2.5 oz shredded mexican cheese blend
