Pepper Jelly Cheese Log


1 package (8 oz) reduced fat cream cheese

1/2 cup shredded havarti cheese

1/3 cup crumbled blue cheese

1 Tbsp finely chopped onion

1/4 tsp pepper

1/2 cup prepared Mrs. Wages® Pepper Jelly

Assorted Crackers


1In a small bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Stir in the cheeses, onion and pepper.

2Shape cheese mixture into an 8-in. log; wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least four hours.

3Just before serving, unroll cheese log onto a serving plate. Pour prepared Mrs. Wages® Pepper Jelly over cheese log. Serve with crackers.
