Pumpkin Meatloaf with Pumpkin BBQ Sauce

Pumpkin BBQ Sauce
1Preheat oven to 400°F.
2Coat a 9-in. x 5-in. loaf pan with cooking spray; set aside.
3In a large bowl, combine the prepared Mrs. Wages® Pumpkin Pie Filling, bread crumbs, eggs, carrots, garlic powder, salt, chili powder and paprika. Crumble turkey over mixture and mix well. Place turkey mixture into prepared pan.
4Bake for 70-80 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads 165°F.
For BBQ Sauce
1In a medium saucepan, combine the prepared Mrs. Wages® Ketchup, prepared Mrs. Wages® Pumpkin Pie Filling, water, vinegar, sugar, chili powder, garlic powder and paprika.
2Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally for 7-10 minutes or until sauce has thickened slightly.
3Serve with meat loaf.
Cook’s Note: Make the pumpkin pie filling from fresh pie pumpkins and Mrs. Wages® Pumpkin Pie Filling Spice Mix or buy prepared pumpkin pie filling at the store to save time.
