Roasted Broccoli


1Preheat oven to 425°F

2Line a 15-in. x 10-in. x 1-in. baking pan with foil and coat with cooking spray; set aside.

3In a large bowl, combine the first 5 ingredients. In a small bowl, combine the oil and Mrs. Wages® Roasted Onion Potato Seasoning Mix. Drizzle over vegetables and toss to coat. Transfer to prepared pan. Bake, uncovered, for 28-32 minutes or until vegetables are tender.


1/2 lb fresh broccoli florets

1/2 lb fresh cauliflower florets

2 cups fresh mushrooms, quartered

5 pieces uncooked bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces

4 garlic cloves, thinly sliced

2 Tbsp olive oil

2 tsp Mrs. Wages® Roasted Onion Potato Seasoning Mix
