Sausage Chili | Mrs. Wages


1 lb lean ground beef

1 lb sausage (made using Mrs. Wages® Sausage Meat Seasoning)

2 pints Mrs. Wages® Chili Base Tomato Mix, prepared

2 (16 oz) cans beans (pinto or kidney) with liquid


1Brown and drain ground beef and sausage together. In a large crock pot, place meat, chili, and beans. Mix well. Simmer on high until heated through, about 30 minutes.

2For extra heat, add red pepper flakes or chili powder to taste.

Topping Suggestions:
Shredded cheddar cheese
Sour cream
Green Onion
Oyster crackers
Chili is also great with cornbread.
