Southwest Style Salmon and Brussel Sprout Chips

Directions

1Clean and prepare Brussel sprouts. Using a Madeline shave Brussel sprouts to 1/8" thickness.

2Mix Roasted Bell Pepper and Garlic mix with olive oil, and allow to hydrate.

3Place oil mixture in a saute pan and add Brussel sprouts and cook until tender.

4Mix honey, lime juice and Southwest Style Chili Pepper Fajita seasoning in a bowl, and allow to stand for 1 hour.

5Place salmon on a sprayed sheet pan, and brush with Mrs. Wages Roasted Bell Pepper and Garlic mix.

6Bake at 400 F for 8 - 10 minutes, until salmon is fully cooked.

7Bring Brussel sprouts to temperature, portion, and serve with salmon portion.

8 x 6oz. Salmon portions

Pan spray

2/3 cup Honey

1 pack Mrs. Wages® Southwest Style Chili Pepper Fajita seasoning mix.

2 tsp Lime juice

1. 5 lbs Shredded Brussel Sprouts

1 pack Mrs. Wages® Roasted Bell Pepper & Garlic Taco seasoning mix.

1 cup Olive oil
