Bean & Cheese Roll-up with Salsa

1Combine content of salsa mix and sour cream into a large mixing bowl. Stir well.

2Spread 1/4 cup refried beans on each tortilla, stopping 1/2-inch from end. Spread 1/4 cup sour cream on top of the bean layer.

3Sprinkle 1/4 cup shredded cheese on sour cream layer and top with 1 Tbsp each diced tomatoes and onions.

4Roll tortilla tightly and place on a flat surface, seal down.

5Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 30 minutes or up to 8 hours.

6Just before serving, remove tortilla roll-ups from plastic wrap. Using serrated knife, slice into 1/2-inch coins.


1 package (0.8 oz) Mrs. Wages® Salsa Mix (any variety)

1 16 oz container sour cream

8 10-inch flour tortillas

1 can (16 oz) refried beans

2 cups Monetary Jack & Colby cheese, shredded

1 cup tomatoes (diced small)

1 cup green onion (diced small)
