Broccoli Cauliflower Queso Casserole

Broccoli Cauliflower Queso Casserole


1Preheat oven to 350°F.

2In a large saucepan, combine milk and Mrs. Wages® Pepper Jack Queso Cheese Dip Mix. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 1-2 minutes or until thickened. Remove from the heat; stir in cheese until smooth.

3Place the broccoli, cauliflower and ham in a greased 11-in. x 7-in. baking dish. Pour cheese mixture over top; sprinkle with breadcrumbs.

4Bake, uncovered, for 25-30 minutes or until heated though.


1 1/2 cups whole milk

1 pouch Mrs. Wages® Pepper Jack Queso Cheese Dip Mix

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

4 cups broccoli florets

1 cup cauliflower florets

1 cup fully cooked cubed ham

2 Tbsp Italian style bread crumbs
