Corned Beef and Swiss Bites

Ingredients

1/2 cup mayonnaise

3 Tbsp prepared Mrs. Wages® Ketchup

3 Tbsp prepared Mrs. Wages® Sweet Pickle Relish

1 Tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp garlic powder

1/4 tsp paprika

1/8 tsp pepper

4 onion bagels, split

24 prepared slices Mrs. Wages® Zesty Bread & Butter Pickles

3/4 lb sliced deli corned beef

8 slices Swiss cheese

Directions

1In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Mrs. Wages® Ketchup, Mrs. Wages® Sweet Pickle Relish, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt, garlic powder, paprika and pepper. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours.

2Preheat broiler to high.

3Place bagel halves on an ungreased baking sheet. Broil 6-in. from the heat for 3-4 minutes or until lightly toasted. Cool slightly.

4Spread about 1 Tbsp dressing on each bagel half. Top each with 3 slices Mrs. Wages® Zesty Bread & Butter Pickles, corned beef and Swiss cheese.

5Broil for 3-4 minutes or until cheese is melted. Cut into quarters. Serve with remaining dressing.

And, you can either make the zesty bread & butter pickles from fresh pickling cucumbers and Mrs. Wages® Zesty Bread & Butter Pickles Mix or buy prepared zesty bread & butter pickles.
