1In a small bowl, combine the prepared Mrs. Wages® Ketchup, vinegar, soy sauce, water, sugar, chili pepper, pepper and 1 Tbsp oil.
2In a large skillet, sauté shrimp in remaining oil for 2 minutes. Add garlic and ginger. Cook for 2-3 minutes longer or until no longer pink. Add ketchup mixture; heat through. Sprinkle with green onion.
