Grilled Pork Chops


1In a small bowl, combine the prepared Mrs. Wages® Ketchup, honey, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, orange zest, garlic powder and thyme. Add pork. Seal bag and turn to coat. Refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight.

2Preheat grill to medium heat.

3Drain and discard marinade. Grill pork, covered, for 4-6 minutes on each side or until a thermometer reads 145°F. If desired, broil pork 4-5 in. from the heat for 4-6 minutes on each side or until a thermometer reads 145°F.


1 cup prepared Mrs. Wages® Ketchup

2 Tbsp honey

2 Tbsp white wine vinegar

2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce

2 tsp onion powder

1 tsp orange zest

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp dried thyme

6 boneless pork loin chops, 3/4-inch thick
