Traditional Mexican enchiladas


1Preheat oven to 350°F.

2Brown ground beef with taco seasoning, season according to taste. Layer ingredients in a 9x13 in. cake pan or casserole dish.

3Bake 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.

4Top with sour cream and additional Mrs. Wages® Medium Salsa


1 bag tortilla shells

1 pint Mrs. Wages® Medium Salsa

1 lb. ground beef

Shredded cheese of choice (used cheddar and mozzarella)

Taco seasoning

Sour cream

Black beans, optional

Refried beans, optional
