These mini-meatloaves are great for a weeknight dinner. Because they are mini, they cook in no time. You can also get creative with the topping and let each family member choose what style they want.
- Yields: 6 - 8 Servings
Basic Loaf Ingredients
1 Heat oven to 450°F.
2 Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
3 Spray the inside of a muffin tin with non-stick spray. Place approximately one cup of meat mixture into each well.
4 Top each loaf with preferred topping.
5 Bake 18 to 20 minutes until loaves are cooked through (160° internal temperature).
