Strawberry Pineapple Freezer Jam

Strawberry Pineapple Freezer Jam


1Combine fruit in large bowl.

2In separate bowl, combine fruit pectin and sugar. Blend well.

3Blend pectin/sugar mixture with fruit. Stir for 3 minutes.

4Ladle into freezer safe containers and adjust lids. Let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes to let jam setup. Refrigerate and consume within 3 weeks or store for up to 1 year in the freezer.


3 cups crushed strawberries

1 cup crushed pineapple

1 pouch Mrs. Wages® No Cook Freezer Jam Fruit Pectin

1 1/2 cups sugar
