Apple, Bacon Queso Bread Pudding
Directions
In a large skillet, sauté apples in butter for 2-3 minutes. Stir in Mrs. Wages® Spiced Apple Mix. Reduce heat to low. Cook and stir for 5-7 minutes or until apples are tender.
In a greased 11-in. x 7-in. baking dish layer half of the bread cubes, bacon, apples, and cheese. Repeat layers.
In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, Mrs. Wages® Pepper Jack Queso Mix, soy sauce, salt and pepper; pour over cheese. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Bake, uncovered for 40-45 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
