Apple Rosemary Jam

Directions

Peel, core and medium dice the apples. Hold the apples in the 8 cups of water to keep them from browning.

In a large pot pour the apples with the water and turn onto medium high heat.

Once the apples start to simmer add the sugar and the rosemary, allow simmering until the sugar is dissolved.

Add the Mrs. Wages® Fruit Pectin Home Jell® and simmer for 15 minutes.

Remove from heat and portion into 16-ounce containers or freezer safe zip loc bags.
