Berry French Toast Bake
Directions
Coat a 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish with cooking spray.
Place bread cubes in prepared dish.
In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, half-and-half cream, honey, cinnamon, vanilla and salt. Pour over bread cubes. Cover and refrigerated for at least 5 hours or overnight.
Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before baking.
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Stir bread mixture in baking dish to incorporate all the liquid. Spread Mrs. Wages® Forest Berry Pie Filling over top. Cover and bake for 30 minutes.
Place oats and brown sugar in a small bowl. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over pie filling. Bake, uncovered, for 15-18 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
Garnish with fresh berries and whipped cream, if desired.
