Directions
In a small bowl, combine the prepared Mrs. Wages® Ketchup, honey, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, orange zest, garlic powder and thyme. Add pork. Seal bag and turn to coat. Refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight.
Preheat grill to medium heat.
Drain and discard marinade. Grill pork, covered, for 4-6 minutes on each side or until a thermometer reads 145°F. If desired, broil pork 4-5 in. from the heat for 4-6 minutes on each side or until a thermometer reads 145°F.
