Lobster Roll Dip

This lobster roll dip is great served on endives, crackers, and more.

Directions

Stir together softened cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth.

Mix in the other ingredients (except lobster) until well-blended.

Chill for several hours or overnight.

When ready to serve, fold in lobster or lobster bites and garnish with diced pickles.

Serving on garlic toasts, endive, crackers, etc.

Ingredients

 1 cup finely chopped lobster or lobster delights
 6 cream cheese, softened
 0.25 cup mayonnaise
 4 tbsp diced Mrs. Wages® Zesty Bread & Butter Pickles (prepared)
 1 tsp pickle brine (from jar)
 4 tbsp sweet corn, cooked & cut from cob
 2 tbsp diced red pepper
 1 tsp dried dill weed
 0.25 tsp cayenne pepper
 0.25 tsp onion powder
 0.25 tsp salt (or to taste)
 0.25 tsp white pepper
