Baked Brie with Pepper Jelly

Baked Brie with Pepper Jelly


1Preheat oven to 400°F.

2Line a 15-in. x 10-in. x 1-in. baking pan with parchment paper.

3On a lightly floured surface, unfold puff pastry. Roll puff pastry out to a 14-in. square.

4Cut Brie in half horizontally; place bottom half of Brie on puff pastry. Spread prepared Mrs. Wages® Pepper Jelly over bottom half; top with remaining cheese. Fold puff pastry around Brie; pinching edges to seal. Place seam side down in prepared pan.

5In a small bowl, beat egg and water; brush over puff pastry. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Serve warm with apple slices and grapes.


1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed

1 round (8 oz) Brie Cheese

1/3 cup prepared Mrs. Wages® Pepper Jelly

1 egg

1 Tbsp water

Apple slices and grapes
