Baked Avocado Chips
A unique, lower-carb appetizer using the avocados we are all crazy about!
Directions
Preheat oven to 325°F. Prepare a baking sheet by lining with parchment paper and set aside.
Wash ripe avocados. Cut avocados in half and remove pits. Use a butter knife to gently dice avocado. Spoon out the pieces into a medium bowl. Finely chop or mash with a fork until smooth.
Stir in the Mrs. Wages® Guacamole Seasoning Mix, lemon juice, and parmesan cheese. Stir until well blended.
Place heaping teaspoon sized scoops of the avocado mixture on the baking sheet, spacing about 3 inches apart. Flatten each scoop with the back of a cup or large spoon.
Bake until crisp and golden, about 15-20 minutes depending on oven and thickness of chips. Remove from baking sheet with a flat spatula and place on a wire rack to cool completely.
