Baked Salsa Chicken

Don’t worry about needing to go to the grocery store with this recipe! With two simple ingredients, you have a delicious dinner or side dish.


1Preheat oven to 380°F.

2Spray a 9x13 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.

3Trim chicken breasts and slice horizontally in half to make 2 thinner pieces.

4Lay chicken out inside greased baking dish.

5Evenly cover the chicken with Mrs. Wages® salsa.

6Bake for 60 minutes uncovered or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.


4-5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts

4 cups prepared Mrs. Wages® salsa
