Cheesy Beer Dip

Directions

1In a large skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crisp.  Cool; chop or crumble.

2In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, beer and Mrs. Wages® Ranch Dressing & Dip Mix until smooth. Stir in the cheddar cheese, green onion and cooked bacon.  Cover and chill for at least 2 hours. Garnish with additional green onion, if desired.  Serve with pretzel sticks.

Ingredients

3 slices uncooked bacon

2 packages (8.0 oz) cream cheese, softened

2/3 cup lager beer or nonalcoholic beer

1 pouch (0.8 oz) Mrs. Wages® Ranch Dressing & Dip Mix

1 ½ cups finely shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1 green onion, thinly sliced

Additional sliced green onion, optional

Pretzel sticks
