Creamy Tex Mex Shrimp Dip

Directions

1Chop the raw peeled and deveined shrimp into small pieces. Sauté the shrimp in the olive oil until almost completely cooked.

2Add the onion and peppers to the shrimp and cook until they start to soften, deglaze with the white wine.

3Add one pack of the Mrs. Wages® Guacamole Mix and set aside to cool.

4In a mixer add cream cheese and whip to soften, add the yogurt and allow mixing until completely blended.

5Add pack of Mrs. Wages Guacamole mix and blend together.

6Remove seasoned yogurt cream cheese mix and pour into a bowl.

7Fold the shrimp mixture into the cream cheese mixture and place into the refrigerator.

8Keep in refrigerator over night to set completely and allow flavors to incorporate.

9Serve with pita chips or crackers.

1 lb. Shrimp (raw, peeled/deveined)

1 cup Red Pepper (diced)

1 cup Red Onion (diced)

1 Jalapeno Pepper (minced)

1 cup White Wine

1/4 cup Olive Oil

32 oz Low Fat Yogurt

1 lb (2 – 8 oz packages) Cream Cheese

2 packs (0.8 oz) Mrs. Wages® Guacamole Mix
