Loaded Mini Chili Dogs

1Preheat oven to 350°F.
2In a large skillet, cook beef over medium high heat until no longer pink; drain fat. Add prepared Mrs. Wages® Chili Base and chipotle powder to pan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3Cut hot dog buns and hot dogs in half crosswise. Spread 1 tsp mayonnaise and 1 tsp prepared Mrs. Wages® Sweet Pickle Relish into each bun. Top with 1 half hot dog; place in a 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish.
4Top each hot dog half with 1½ tsp onion, 2 Tbsp prepared Mrs. Wages® Chili, 1½ tsp cheese and mustard, if desired.
5Cover and bake for 40-45 minutes or until cheese is melted. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
Make the chili base from fresh tomatoes and Mrs. Wages® Chili Base Tomato Mix or buy prepared chili base at the store to save time.
Make the sweet pickle relish from fresh pickling cucumbers and Mrs. Wages® Sweet Pickle Relish Quick Process® Pickle Mix or buy prepared sweet pickle relish at the store to save time.
