Pasta Style Stuffed Chicken

Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°F.

2Coat an 8-in. square baking dish with cooking spray; set aside.

3Flatten chicken to 1/4-in. thickness. In a small bowl, combine the cheese, mushrooms, pepper and 1/2 cup pasta sauce. Spread cheese mixture over chicken. Roll up and place seam side down into prepared dish. Top with pepperoni and remaining sauce.

4Bake, uncovered, for 28-32 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads 165°F.

4 boneless, skinless, chicken breast halves (about 5 oz each)

1/2 cup shredded Italian blend cheese

1/2 cup chopped mushrooms

1/4 tsp pepper

1 cup prepared Mrs. Wages® Pasta Sauce, divided

4 large slices pepperoni
