Directions
Combine corn and water in a large pot. Bring to boil over high heat. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer, covered, for 10 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients; increase heat to medium-high, boiling mixture uncovered for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Ladle into hot, sterilized jars, leaving 1/2-inch headspace. Apply lids and adjust bands. Process in a hot water bath canner for 15 minutes.
Allow to cure in jars for at least 1 week before serving for best flavor.
